MD Nafis Ul Alam
PhD student
Md has a background in statistical and computational genomics. He specializes in the analysis of DNA sequence data and genome assembly. His PhD is co-advised by Rod Wing. He is presently focused on developing phylogenomic methods for ancestral reconstruction within the eukaryotic domain. Michael is co-advised by Dr. Rod A.
